On September 2, 2026, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Medical Board temporarily restricted, with notice, the Texas medical license of Michael Patrick Gallagher, M.D. (Lic. No. N1322). The restriction was effective immediately.

The Board panel found that Dr. Gallagher was arrested for criminally negligent homicide related to the death of one patient. Dr. Gallagher’s license is restricted under the following terms: practice is restricted to anesthesiology and shall not supervise or delegate any medical acts to anyone under any circumstances.

On September 4, 2026, the Texas Medical Board revoked, by operation of law, the Texas medical license of William Rockwell Evans, M.D. (Lic. No. J4103). The revocation was effective immediately.

On August 26, 2026, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Medical Board temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas medical license of Christopher Riddell Jones Jr., M.D. (Lic. No. N3104), after determining his continuation in the practice of medicine poses a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.

The Board panel found that Dr. Jones was arrested for Possession of Child Pornography, a 3^rd degree felony.

No. N9129), after determining his continuation in the practice of medicine poses a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.

On August 20, 2026, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas medical radiologic technologist certificate of Rachel Savannah Zima, MRT (Lic. No. GMR02007342), after determining her continuation in practice as a medical radiologic technologist would constitute a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.

On August 20, 2026, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas medical radiologic technologist certificate of Norberto M. Rodriguez, MRT (Lic. No. GMR02005449), after determining his continuation in practice as a medical radiologic technologist would constitute a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.

The Board panel found that Mr. Rodriguez exhibited behavior consistent with impairment while engaged in patient care.
