Texas Physician Assistant Board Recognizes PA Week - 2025

The Texas Physician Assistant Board joins the nation in celebrating National PA Week — celebrated annually from October 6–12 — recognizing the thousands of physician assistants (PAs) who serve in clinics, hospitals, rural health centers, and emergency rooms across the state. These highly trained medical professionals engage with 11.4 million patients weekly, accounting for over 590 million visits annually.

Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology Suspends San Antonio NCR (Garza)

On September 29, 2025, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Board of Radiologic Technology temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas noncertified radiologic technologist certificate of Nathaniel Louis Garza, NCR, (Lic. No. NCR02004242), after determining his continuation in practice as a medical radiologic technologist would constitute a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.

 

Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology Suspends Allen MRT (Rehman)

On September 29, 2025, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Board of Radiologic Technology temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas medical radiologic technologist certificate of Nosheen Rehman, MRT (Lic. No. GMR02003174), after determining her continuation in practice as a medical radiologic technologist would constitute a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.

 

The Board panel found that on April 7, 2025, Ms. Rehman was arrested for possession of child pornography and aggravated sexual assault of a child.
