On December 10, 2025, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Physician Assistant Board temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas Physician Assistant license of Stephen Lee Seiter, P.A. (Lic. No. PA13946), after determining his continuation in the practice as a physician assistant poses a continuing threat to public welfare after determining his continuation in the practice of medicine poses a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.
The Board panel found that on November 12, 2025, Mr. Seiter was arrested for Burglary of a Habitation of a patient’s residence and property.
A temporary suspension hearing with notice will be held as soon as practicable with 10 days' notice to Mr. Seiter unless the hearing is specifically waived by Mr. Seiter.
The temporary suspension remains in place until the Board takes further action.
