Sam G. Marshall, PhD, RCP

Sam Gregory “Gregg” Marshall, Ph.D., RCP, of Round Rock, is the Presiding Officer of the Texas Board of Respiratory Care. Marshall is chair of the Department of Respiratory Care at Texas State University. He is former vice-president of the Texas Society of Sleep Professionals and a board member of the Coalition for Baccalaureate and Graduate Respiratory Therapy Education. He is also a member of the American Association for Respiratory Care, Texas Society of Respiratory Care, American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the American Association of Sleep Technologists.

Shaila D. Parker

Shaila D. Parker, of Dallas, is a professional organizer and the owner of LH Executive Services. She is a member of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce and the American Society of Professional Organizers. She also serves as the librarian at Good Shepherd Baptist Church. Parker received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas – Denton.

 

Scott A. Morren, MRT

Scott Morren, MRT, of Anton, is the lead MRI technologist at Covenant Women’s and Children’s Hospital. He is a member of the South Plains Society of Radiological Technologists, Texas Society of Radiologic Technologists and American Society of Radiologic Technologists. Morren received an Associate of Applied Science in radiologic technology from South Plains College.

 

TMB Suspends San Antonio Physician (Fiallo)

On March 14, 2023, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Medical Board temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas medical license of Francisco Julian Fiallo, M.D. (Lic. No. R0393), after determining his continuation in the practice of medicine poses a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.  

 

The Board panel found that based on the evidence, Dr. Fiallo suffers from an impairment and is not in compliance with his previous Board orders.  

 

Melanie “Shannon” Lutz, MRT

Melanie "Shannon" Lutz, MRT, of Cypress, is a quality director and radiology technologist at Memorial Hermann Health System. She is a member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Lutz received an Associate of Applied Science in radiologic technology from Tyler Junior College and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in radiologic technology from Sam Houston State University.

 

Lucia “Lucy” Sisniega

Lucia "Lucy" Sisniega, of Midland, is owner and president of S&S Commercial Real Estate and owner and chief executive officer of M&L Wholesalers and Importers. She is a member of the Midland Development Corporation Board, board member of the Midland Chamber of Commerce, and chair of the Midland Planning and Zoning Commission. For over 20 years, she has volunteered for various civic and community organizations, including the Crisis Center of West Texas, Hospice of Midland, Negro Business and Professional Women's Club of Midland, and Midland Dress for Success.

 

Ken Stout, MRT

Ken Stout, MRT, of Ropesville, is the senior radiology manager at Covenant Children’s Hospital. He is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, Texas Society of Radiologic Technologists, and AHRA: The Association for Medical Imaging Management. He holds the Certified Radiology Administrator credential through the Radiology Administration Certification Commission. Stout received an Associate of Applied Science in Radiology from South Plains College and a Bachelor of Science in Radiology from Midwestern State University.

 

Regan R. Landreth

Regan Landreth, of Georgetown, is the owner of Landreth Construction. She is a former gubernatorial appointee to the Dental Hygiene Advisory Committee. She currently serves as a Volunteer in Partnership at the Meridian World School and volunteers for the youth group of First United Methodist Church. She formerly served on the Learning Tree Preschool Board of Directors and is the past chair for the Children’s Ministry Team of First United Methodist Church. She is also a former member of the Leadership Council and Generational Task Force of the First United Methodist Church.

Jennifer C. Brandt, MRT

Jennifer Brandt, MRT, of Fort Worth, is a registered radiologist assistant at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She is a member of the Texas Society of Radiologic Technologists, Society of Radiology Physician Extenders and American Society of Radiologic Technologists. Brandt received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in radiologic sciences from Midwestern State University.
