Requesting an Accommodation
Individuals needing a reasonable accommodation may contact either ADA Coordinator listed above via email, phone, or by submitting a written request by mail.
Requests should be made at least 48 to 72 hours prior to the event or service, when possible, to allow sufficient time to arrange the accommodation.

Public Meetings, Hearings, and Applicants for Employment
Individuals requiring accommodation to attend or participate in a public meeting, hearing, or job interview, should follow the accommodation request process outlined above and submit at least 48 to 72 hours in advance before the scheduled public meeting, hearing, or job interview.
ADA Complaint/Grievance Procedure
If you believe you have been denied access to a program, service, or activity because of a disability, you may file a complaint/grievance.
Complaints/grievances should be submitted to an ADA Coordinator or the Department of Human Resources and include:
- Name and contact information
- Description of the issue
- Date and location of the incident
- Description of the alleged ADA violation
- Any relevant supporting documentation
- Requested resolution
