June 10, 2026

On June 3, 2026, a disciplinary panel of the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas medical radiologic technologist certificate of Joseph G. Dusse, MRT (Lic. No. GMR02004912), after determining his continuation in practice as a medical radiologic technologist would constitute a continuing threat to public welfare. The suspension was effective immediately.

The Board panel found that in February 2026, Mr. Dusse was arrested for aggravated sexual assault, a first-degree felony, and two counts of indecent assault of a disabled or elderly individual, a second-degree felony.

A temporary suspension hearing with notice will be held as soon as practicable with 10 days' notice to Mr. Dusse unless the hearing is specifically waived by Mr. Dusse.

The temporary suspension remains in place until the Board takes further action.
